The Story Behind This Book
(In Judy's Own words)
Over the years, I've interviewed hundreds of job seekers, with most failing to progress beyond the initial interview. This came after sifting through thousands of resumes. Recently, I attended a gathering of business owners and executives, where a common frustration emerged: "Where are all the qualified job candidates?" Many of us expressed disappointment in candidates' inability to find us, craft compelling resumes, write effective cover letters, and deliver impressive interviews. By the meeting's end, a sense of defeat permeated the room.

That's when inspiration struck! I realized I had to take action. I've always believed in being part of the solution rather than dwelling on the problem. This epiphany led me to write "Stop Whining and Start Working: A Guide to Getting Hired."

After completing the manuscript, I shared it with various executives and hiring managers. Their feedback was unanimous - the book's content was precisely what candidates needed to catapult themselves to the top of the hire-ability list!

Whether you're seeking your first job, a career change, or your dream position, make "Stop Whining and Start Working" your essential guide to success in the job market.
